So, today’s blog marks the 4th and final in the series on Your Success Team. Over the last 4 blogs I have discussed and introduced how each of these groups of your success team plays and integral role in your success and who you should consider for each role as well as how to go about finding people or set up your groups.
COACHES, MENTORS, ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERS, AND MASTERMIND PARTNERS – So, on the last 2 blogs, I discussed a different component of each of the business partner solutions. In the 1st blog we covered Mastermind Groups, and in the second blog we reviewed Mentors. In today’s blog, we will discuss Accountability Partners.
So, what is the purpose and value of Accountability Partners? In a nutshell, it is someone who will help you hold yourself accountable to whatever it is you are trying to be consistent with. Whenever you are in the process of building a new habit, this is an excellent use of an accountability partner. If executed correctly, your partner can be a huge asset in ensuring you are holding yourself to developing this new habit. Additionally, an accountability partner is someone who can keep you on track for certain tasks, goals, habits, and even someone to just bounce ideas off of.
